Spatial solutions often get processed through formulaic design models, devoid of any nuanced relationship to the needs and desires of the client. This design methodology results in end products that appear new and considered, but are in fact superficial and untailored.

Augustin Peytchinov founded August Page Architects, P.C. in 2016 with the philosophy that each project is unique, and no amount of experience in a “type” of project ought to translate into a “typical” or “precedented” solution. Each space has a different context, history, culture, and function, and it is the Architect’s responsibility to unify a client’s underlying aspirations with the qualities that make that space memorable, beautiful, functional, and structurally sound.

With over twelve years of experience in design and construction, August Page Architects, P.C. is comprised of a dedicated cadre that gives each project the attention it deserves to stand out and exceed expectations, all the while remaining environmentally responsible and conscious of the technical and financial parameters that guide the project’s realization.

Augustin Peytchinov holds a Professional Diploma in Architecture from Temple University, and is a licensed Architect in New York, New Jersey, California, Arizona, and Hawaii. Augustin is also an NCARB certificate holder and a LEED-accredited professional (AP).
