Clients are looking to take home fitness to a whole new level... even pre Covid. In this new, ground-up townhouse on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, the client excavated down 18 feet into bedrock to create a basketball court, batting cage, golf simulation and gym. Many of luxury townhouse projects include highly customized spaces like this for wellness, fitness and outdoor living, and we expect to see more clients requesting it in the future.
